What the wall shows

Price Protection’s client wall carries twenty-five names. Most are Houston-area apartment communities and the management companies that run them; two are churches. They are listed below by type and, where the community’s location is public, by the area of Greater Houston it sits in. Each area has its own page on this site, and the communities appear there as well.

Management companies and owners

RPM, GVA, Greystar, The Larchmont Group, SYNC Residential, Arc, haven., Greenhouse, COSA and The Roof appear on the wall as companies rather than as individual properties. Several of them operate more than one community that Price Protection staffs, with consistent post orders and one point of contact at dispatch across their properties.

Churches

Trinity East United Methodist Church and Brentwood Baptist Houston. Price Protection’s work with congregations began with community in mind, and the churches and faith communities pages describe how worship services and church events are staffed.

What being on the wall means

It means the client has engaged Price Protection for security services. It does not mean the client endorses this site, and nothing on this site describes an incident, a post or a result at any named property. When a prospective client asks what we would do at a property like theirs, the answer is on the property-type page, not in a story about someone else’s community. References are offered during the proposal, with permission, and are the right way to hear from a client directly.

How the list is kept

The wall is updated when a client engages the company and a name is removed when the relationship ends, so it reflects current and recent work rather than history. Names are shown as the client presents them, and a client who prefers not to be listed is not listed.

Joining the wall

Every client starts the same way: a call to dispatch or a request through this site, a walk-through with a supervisor, post orders written together, officers on the schedule the client sets, and a report every morning. The how we work page lays out the sequence, and the proposal form at the foot of this page starts it.
