My property type is not listed. Can you still cover it?
Almost certainly. The pages cover the property types Price Protection sees most in Houston, but the services behind them, armed and unarmed guards, patrol, access control, camera monitoring and fire watch, apply to any commercial or residential property. Request a proposal and describe the site.
Why are there pages for such specific property types?
Because the post is different. A student housing community and a senior living community are both multifamily, but the risks, the visitor policy, the hours that matter and what the daily report should record are not the same. A specific page gives a property manager a specific answer.
Do you staff every industry with armed officers?
No. The page for each property type says which services usually apply. Many posts are unarmed; armed officers are staffed where the client and the site call for them, and every armed officer is state-certified at Level III.
