By Price Protection SecurityReviewed TX DPS Lic #B09430601
Short answer
Unity, integrity and consistency. Unity: teamwork and leadership are selfless, and officers share experience and knowledge toward the same goal. Integrity: officers are honest and trusted with clients' facilities and valuables, and the company keeps an open forum for employees and clients to report improprieties. Consistency: performance is measured, and staff performance is reviewed and documented daily.

Unity
Teamwork is selfless and so is leadership. Price Protection’s officers, supervisors and dispatchers focus on the end goal, which on any given night is a property that is protected and a client who knows what happened on it, and they share what they learn. An officer who worked a community for a year teaches the officer who relieves them; a supervisor who saw a pattern at one property tells the others. Strong communication inside the company is what makes the company useful to the client, and the our values page says it in the company’s own words.
Integrity
Officers are trusted to safeguard facilities and valuables, often alone and at night. The company is uncompromising about honesty, and it keeps an open forum for employees and clients to voice opinions, report improprieties and share information, because the alternative is finding out too late. Integrity is also why the reports are factual and timed rather than flattering: a report that says a round was missed is worth more than one that pretends it was not.
Consistency
An officer is attentive and notices what others miss, and represents the client as well as the company. To keep that true, performance quality is measured: every shift’s report is reviewed by a supervisor and documented, every day. That daily review is the operational form of the value and the reason the company can promise the same standard on the first shift and the hundredth.
How the values reach the client
Through the daily report, the incident report, the post orders and the officer at the door. The values are not a poster; they are the reason the report arrives every morning and the reason dispatch answers at three in the morning. The officer training and standards page describes how the standard is set and kept.
