How do I request a security proposal?

What the form asks and why

The proposal form takes two short steps. The first asks who you are and how to reach you: name, phone and the company or property. The second asks what you need: the service, the start date and a message with anything dispatch should know. It records the page you were on, so dispatch already knows whether you were reading about a construction site or a hotel when you asked. There is no account to create and nothing to download.

What happens after you send it

Dispatch reviews the request and calls you back to confirm the basics: the address, the property type, the hours you have in mind, whether the post is armed or unarmed and what prompted the call. A supervisor then arranges a walk-through, which is where the proposal really comes from: the entrances, the lots, the amenities, the history and the people the officer will work with. The proposal that follows describes each post by its hours and type, states the rate and includes the post orders that will govern the first shift.

If you need coverage before a walk-through

Say so. Unarmed officers can typically be on most sites within hours, with post orders drafted from the call and completed on the ground. The proposal catches up around the start, and nothing about the pricing changes because the order was reversed.
